Two Arrested In Separate Stops Overnight
Both arrests for minor drug possession, police say
Two area people were arrested and charged with minor drug possession overnight, police said.
Tyrone Velez Jr., 25, of Neptune, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-195 around 10:25 p.m. Thursday, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said.
Kirin Greene, 26, of Brick was arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 138 around 1:00 a.m. Friday, Lancellotti said.
