Two Arrested On Drug Charges Following Traffic Stop
Possession of marijuana among charges
Two locals were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on Lakewood Road early Thursday morning, police said.
Kenneth S. Giguere, 22, of Manasquan, and Samantha Spencer, 19, of Brick, were arrested for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a release from Sgt. Frank Lancellotti.
Spencer was also charged with possession of prescription medication, Lancellotti said.

The pair were charged and released pending a court date. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.
