Two Charged With Drunken Driving Overnight

In separate incidents, two area men arrested early morning Thursday

Two area men were arrested and charged with drunken driving in separate incidents overnight Wednesday, police said.

Mostafa H. Abou-Aref, 29, of Neptune, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Route 34 around 1:17 a.m., Sgt. Steven Wolter said.

Thomas P. Tomori, 48, of Brick, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated  following a traffic stop on Route 35 around 2:56 a.m., Wolter said.

Both men were cited and released with a court date, Wolter said.
