Wall Burglar Was Also Carrying Heroin, Authorities Say

A 25-year-old man charged with stealing from a vehicle in the Wall area also has been indicted on heroin charges, according to Monmouth County court records.

Charles DeMarino of Farmingdale was charged with burglary, theft and drug possession, according to court records.

DeMarino allegedly entered a motor vehicle and removed $500.

In the Oct. 28 incident, DeMarino was found to be possessing heroin, according to court records.

No information on a possible court date was available.

A fine example of an addict's "victimless" crime. I bet the person he stole from feels like a victim.

Getting high is a victimless crime Bridgid. It's the burglary he should be strung up for. And welcome back to earth Guntoter. Yes. Heroin is a problem around here lately.

Yeah it has become a huge problem in this area, and surrounding areas. They made the decision to use the drug which leads to jail or death. Don't feel bad for these addicts!!
