A Wall man appeared in court Tuesday to face charges of heroin possession after an arrest on Monday, authorities said.
Ryan L. Archer, 20, of Valley Drive, was arrested and charged Monday with possession of 12 glassine folds of heroin found in his backpack, according to the arrest warrant.
Archer was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $5,000 bail.
