A 35-year-old Wall man was indicted recently for failing to register as a sex-offender, according to Monmouth County Court records.
Martin Vanhouten of Route 35 in Wall was indicted on Feb. 14 for failing to register between June 16 and Dec. 6, 2013, court records say.
He had been previously convicted, on Sept 5, 2003, of endangering the welfare of a child in Passaic County.
