A Wall Township man has been indicted on charges that he used an automobile to assault an unnamed defendent in October, court records say.
Sean T. Winters, 40, of Belmar Boulevard, on Oct. 29 in town drove his car in recklessly and injured a defendant identified only as "D.Y.'' Winters is charged with fourth degree Assaut by Auto as a result of the incident, court records say.
