A Wall man was indicted by a grand jury on Thursday on an earlier arrest for heroin possession, according to court documents.
Daniel Sears, 23, of Maple Street, was indicted on charges stemming from an arrest on June 6 in Wall, according to the indictment. No further details on the arrest were available.
Sears was indicted on third degree heroin possession, the indictment says.
