Wall Man Indicted On Privacy Invasion Charges

Charges stem from January incident in Freehold, indictment says

A man whose last known address was at a Wall Township motel was indicted on invasion of privacy charges by a grand jury this week.

Dennis Perry, 34, whose last known address was at the 38 Motel, 2635 Route 138, was indicted on a single count of fourth degree invasion of privacy, according to the indictment.

Perry's charge stems from a January 22 incident in Freehold where he watched, without permission, a resident in a place where a "reasonable person would not expect to be observed,'' according to the indictment.
