Wall Man Sold Heroin To Undercover Cop, Indictment Says

A Wall Township man was indicted by a grand jury on six counts of drug possession and distribution after selling heroin and other drugs to an undercover officer, according to court documents. 

Andrew R. Nuzzi, 24, of Herbertsville Road, was indicted Wednesday on charges he on separate occasions sold heroin and zolpidem to an undercover officer from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s office, according to the indictment.

The charges stem from incidents in Neptune on Aug. 29 and Sept. 21, the indictments say, when Nuzzi sold the officer drugs.

Nuzzi faces charges of third degree heroin possession, third degree heroin possession with the intent to distribute and third degree distribution of heroin stemming from the Aug. 29 incident.

He faces possession, possession with the intent to distribute and distribution of the drug zolpidem stemming from the September incident. All charges are in the third degree, according to the indictment.
