An underage Toms River man was arrested and charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Route 35, police said.
Andrew Dolan, 18, was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on the state highway near Church Street. Dolan was charged and released pending a court date, according to a release from Sgt. Frank Lancellotti.
Patrolman Gary Fuller was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.
