Wall Police at 2 p.m. will lift the travel ban put in place early this morning, authorities said.
Several roads remain impassable and police urge caution when driving because several traffic lights throughout town are not functioning, and many roads are still covered with debris, Police Chief Robert Brice said.
The mandatory evacuation order for many portions of Wall has been lifted. Residents may return to their homes, Brice said.
