Wall Trio Indicted On Burglary, Theft Charges

A trio of Wall resident were indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury Monday and charged with burglary, among other charges, court documents say.

Shelby E. Bufania, 20, Ian T. Ward, 22 and Robert E. Ward, 22, all of 1420 18th Avenue were charged in the four-count indictment handed up Monday. 

Bufania, along with Ian Ward and Robert Ward, were charged with a single count each of third degree burglary, third degree theft, third degree hindering and third degree heroin possession, according to the indictment.

The charges stem from a burglary in either Wall or Belmar that took place between April 6 and April 25, according to the indictment.
