West Belmar Woman Indicted On Fraud Charges

Arrested in Eatontown in March trying to pass a prescription blank, indictment says

A Wall Township woman was indicted by a grand jury Thursday, charged with two counts of forgery and a one count of fraud.

The grand jury handed up the indictment on Tonianne L. Ferrari, 23, of I Street. It charges Ferrari with one count of third degree forgery, one count of third degree uttering a forged instrument and one count of attempting to buy oxycodone by fraud, according to the indictment.

Ferrari was arrested in Eatontown on March 3 after she tried to pass a prescription blank to AllTown Pharmacy, Wyckoff Road, according to the indictment.
