Ticket was purchased on Dec. 27, 2011

A Mega Millions ticket worth $250,000 purchased in Eatontown last year is still unclaimed, the New Jersey State Lottery announced today.

The ticket was purchased on Dec. 27, 2011 at Street Corner News, a kiosk at the Monmouth Mall.

Claimants have one year from the draw date to claim their ticket or the prize will be forfeited. If the tickets remain unclaimed, those cash prizes go back to the Lottery and may be used for future prizes or state contributions.
