Beer Garden, Rezoning On Tap For Committee

The Township Committee is slated for a workshop session tonight, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The Township Committee is slated to discuss the Wall Fair Beer Garden and the rezoning of two properties at Wednesday's workshop meeting, according to the proposed agenda.

The agenda calls for discussion on a request to rezone 2929 Hurley Pond Road and 1801 Campbell Road. The agenda is not more specific.

The committee is also scheduled to hold discussions on an extension of a redeveloper's agreement for 1735 Route 71, a paving request for 2nd Avenue and adding a member to the Wall  Alliance, according to the agenda.

The committee, according to the proposed agenda, is not expected to discuss the proposed wildlife ordinance. That discussion is expected to take place at the committee's March 9 meeting.

The committee will meet in Conference Room A of town hall, 2700 Allaire Road.
