The newly sworn Democrat-led municipal administration has suspended the township’s assistant business administrator, according to The Asbury Park Press.
According to the Press: Juan Bellu, a registered Republican, was suspended without pay pending termination from his position, Mayor John Ducey said. Bellu, 58, served as the assistant business administrator during former Republican Mayor Stephen Acropolis’ tenure.
