The Planning Board is scheduled to hear an ongoing application to build medical office buildings on Ramshorn Drive, near Route 70, according to the agenda.
The application, ongoing since 2008, proposes to construct three, two-story buildings at 2703 Ramshorn Drive.
The board is also scheduled to hear a proposal to open a 2,860 square-foot performing arts studio at 1837 Old Mill Road, the site of the Kiddie Academy day care center near Route 35, according to the agenda.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. with a half-hour workshop session, followed by the regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. at town hall, 2700 Allaire Road.
