Daniel Simon attended Wednesday's Township Committee meeting

The new school district superintendent was welcomed by the Township Committee on Wednesday during the governing body’s workshop meeting.

Daniel Simon, who took over as schools superintendent July 1, attended the committee’s meeting, introducing himself to committee members and pledging his commitment to working collaboratively with the municipal government.

“I can guarantee you that when there’s something that seems as if its truly a Wall Township effort between the schools and the entire community, I’ll be reaching out,’’ Simon said.
