Reminder: Busy Week Ahead For Wall

Cell towers, debates and developments on tap

There’s a busy week ahead for Wall residents.

Tonight, there’s a Planning Board meeting where a Route 70 development is on tap for discussion. On Tuesday, candidates for school Board are invited to a “Meet The Candidate’s Night,’’ featuring a debate moderated by the League of Women Voters, and on Wednesday, a cell tower plan is scheduled to be heard by the Board of Adjustment, while the Township Committee convenes just prior to that.

Monday: The Planning Board is scheduled to take up an application for a controversial development at 2703 Ramshorn Drive, near Route 70. The meeting is slated for 7:30 p.m. at town hall, 2700 Allaire Rd.

Tuesday: will feature a debate moderated by the League of Women Voters. All candidates have been invited. The event starts at 7 p.m. at Wall High School, 1630 18th Ave.

Wednesday: The Board of Adjustment is scheduled to take up a cell tower application brought by cellular carrier T-Mobile. It is one of three open applications the carrier has before the zoning board.. The meeting begins with the board's workshop session at 7 p.m. at town hall, 2700 Allaire Rd. The full session is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
