Rible Honored By Housing Builders Group

Assemblyman named Housing Champion of the Year

Assemblyman Dave Rible this week received an award from a state housing builders group, according to a release.

The New Jersey Apartment Association -- a nonprofit trade association which represents builders, owners, developers, and managers of rental homes in the state -- awarded Rible (R-Monmouth) their 2011 Housing Champion of the Year award, according to a release from Rible's office.

Rible, a Wall resident, received the award Tuesday at the group's annual conference in Atlantic City, the release said.

Rible was chosen for the award because of his advocacy for multi-housing and rental professionals, and his land use and economic development efforts, the release said.

"I am dedicated to the efforts of the Association and to the economic growth of all businesses in the state of New Jersey and will continue to be an advocate for their development and prosperity," Rible said in the release.
