I wonder why they won't meet until the day after the election? I guess when they come back they can address 1. transparency (closed door meeting for the courtyards project, telling the residents that the red bank housing authority would develop cedar crossings only to have ed mckenna's red bank affordable housing corporation develop it, giving away 51 monmouth st for $1 to ed mckenna's charity and then it being sold for 1.3 million without taxpayer benefit along with taxpayers paying legal fees and 125k for renovations, thus it cost the taxpayers about 1.5 million) 2. protecting the neighborhoods from over development (raising the height limit on the river to allow a hotel to be built, approving 57 condos on the courtyard project and changing the zone from 14 units per acre to 35 units per acre) 3. charging approximately 35% more for water as a secret tax to fund the general acct 4. complain about too many non-profits in town yet the former mayor has created them. 5. borrowed 1.1 million to buy a new fire truck 6. lots of double and triple dipping for pensions 7. parking costs and tickets driving away visitors 8. Here some reading for the council to catch up on until their next meeting. It explains the politics and develops throughout the years under the current administration. It also has all of the documents related to my lawsuit regarding the handling of my courtyards project. Hopefully it is this kind of information that will cause the voters to understand that it is time for a change. http://courtyardsatmonmouth.wordpress.com/
