AUTISM & DISABILITIES AWARENESS NIGHT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC . . .

We all know that April is Autism Awareness Month, but it is also Disabilities Awareness Month and on Thursday, April 26, at the Newbury School located at 179 Newbury Road, Howell, SEPAC has arranged a wealth of information for you and your family.  Please make every effort to come out and hear and see what is available throughout our school district, throughout our county, and throughout our state.

 

The doors will open at 6:30 pm to view presenter’s tables until 7 pm.  Presentations from SPAN, Special Olympics of NJ, Monmouth Ocean CHADD (Children & Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder), POAC (Parents of Autistic Children), The Family Resource Network (which includes Autism Family Services, The Epilepsy Foundation, Family Support Center & Caregivers of NJ), Monmouth County Park System, NJCTS (NJ Center for Tourettes Syndrome), Monmouth Council Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore, SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council), and more will begin promptly at 7 pm.  The evening should conclude by 9 pm which will allow you time to revisit the presenter’s tables.
