Intermediate School Music Registration Deadline Approaches

District asks parents to register students for music programs by Thursday

Thursday is the deadline to register students in music programs for the upcoming school year, according to the school district's website.

District officials are asking parents of students who plan to enroll in any of the school's music programs — chorus, band or orchestra — to fill out a registration form on the website.

The form is for scheduling purposes and does not have to be filled out by those parents whose students will not participate in music programs next year.

Incoming 8th grade music students will have an option to enroll in a modified Special Area trimester class (three days of Special Area — Civics, Art, and Creative Communications — and two days of music performance) or opt out of their Special Area and select Music Performance five days a week.

For more information, call the district offices at (732) 556-2500; for technical information or login information, contact Jason Berhalter at jberhalter@wall.k12.nj.us.

Parents also may register in person at the Intermediate School's main office from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Don't do it. The Patch just wants others to do its job. The Patch reporter was moved to the HowellRead More Patch. Wall no longer has a reporter specifically assigned to our town. No longer do we have a reporter attending meetings and reporting on the important news relating to Wall.
