Wall Schools Holding Charity Basketball Game Monday

5th grade kids taking on principals, teachers, superintendent with money raised going to help Wall students and staff affected by Hurricane Sandy

Does your new Superintendent of Schools have game? How about any of the Wall Township School District elementary school principals?

Find out tonight at 7 p.m. in the High School gym for a little round ball action as the district’s 5th graders take on the 5th grade teachers, with a little help from a group of educators calling themselves the “Fab 5.’’

The quintet is comprised of: Superintendent Daniel Simon and Anthony Abeal, William Carson, Eric Laughlin and Greg Stortz, the principals of West Belmar School, Allenwood School, Old Mill School and Central School, respectively.

Cost is $5 and tickets are available at the door. All proceeds from the event go toward helping Wall students and staff affected by Hurricane Sandy.
