Wall Township Family Dinner Week, sponsored by the Wall Alliance for the Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse, is part of a national movement aimed at increasing the number of times families sit down to enjoy a meal together. Studies show that frequent family dinners are an effective tool to help keep kids substance free! Research shows that the more often kids eat dinner with their families, the less likely they are to smoke, drink or use drugs!
TAKE THE FAMILY DINNER WEEK CHALLENGE: Can you sit down to dinner together as a family at least 5 times this week?
