This is the final week to sign up for the Recreation Department's Wiffle ball tournament, taking place on the municipal ball fields this weekend during the Wall Fair.
Signups this week continue for all six divisions -- 3rd/4th grade; 5th/6th grade, 7th/8th grade, All Girl division (all ages); high school/adult and Kindergarden through 2nd grade.
Each three-player team will play one warm-up game during the Saturday and Sunday tournament. Each team will play a trio of three-inning games. The final four teams in each age group with the best record will advance to the semi-final round, to be played immediately after the teams are announced.

In the event of a tie, the team with the most accumulated runs scored will advance. Final championship games will be played immediately following the semi-final round.
Prizes will be awarded to one team in each age bracket which has the best patriotic team uniform.
