Motorcycle Stunt Show Set For Wall Stadium Saturday

Track hosts "Scout Night'' where scouts in uniform get in free

A motorcycle stunt show and a new racing division are set to make their first appearances at Wall Stadium on Saturday as the Route 34 track hosts “Scout Night,’’ track officials said.

Scouts who arrive in uniform are admitted free this weekend as a motorcycle stunt show presented by “Down 4 Life’’ takes to the track, located at the state highway and Hurleys Pond Road.

Five divisions of stock car racing are also on the agenda. Scouts are encouraged to bring their Pinewood Derby cars to race on the stadium’s pinewood racetrack, according to Jeff Gravatt, stadium spokesman.

Making a first-ever appearance will be the cars and drivers of Wall Stadium’s all-new 4-Cylinder division. Qualifying methods and the main event distance will be determined by the number of cars that turnout on Saturday, Gravatt said.

Modified stocks, Sportsman division, Street Stock and Legend cars are all set to race. Factory Stocks will have the night off, Gravatt said.
