A look at Friday night’s Shore Conference football games, compiled from app.com, nj.com and allshoremedia.net:

Wall 18, Brick 6: Pete Miceli scored a 45-yard touchdown and Chris Quinlan caught a pass from Jack Gifford for a 60-yard score as the Crimson Knights (2-3) defeated the visiting Dragons (0-5).

John Darcy scored from a yard out for Brick to tie the game at 6, but Shane Dingley blocked a punt through the end zone for a safety and Phil Shields kicked a 28-yard field goal for Wall.

Brick Memorial 40, Neptune 28: Ryan Cieplinski rushed for two touchdowns and passed for three,, including a 74-yarder to Carl Kumm to open the game, and the Mustangs (5-0) overcame a 28-point second quarter from the visiting Scarlet Fliers (4-1) in a battle of unbeatens.

Brick Memorial trailed 28-21 at halftime, but Nick Costa grabbed an interception and ran it back 43 yards for a score, then Cieplinski hit Mike Basile for an 18-yard touchdown that put the Mustangs ahead for good.

Toms River East 28, Howell 21: Jerry Caporeale picked off a pass and returned it 56 yards for a touchdown, as the Raiders held off the visiting Rebels (0-4) for their first victory of the season.

Patrick Gallagher rushed for 80 yards and three touchdowns for Toms River East (1-4).

Connor McGlynn rushed for a touchdown and hit Dave Jimerson for a 6-yard score and Tory Robinson for one of 5 yards for Howell.

Long Branch 62, Pinelands 0: Joscil Jackson and Deion Williams each scored a pair of touchdowns and five other players scored for the Green Wave (3-2) in the victory over the visiting Wildcats (0-5).

Shore Regional 14, Holmdel 13: Kicker Jake Monteiro’s PATs proved to be the difference as the Blue Devils (4-1) beat the host Hornets (3-2) in overtime, keeping Shore neck-and-neck with Point Beach for the Class B Central division title.

In the first overtime, Bryan Millar caught a 23-yard touchdown pass from Mike Muh to put Shore in the lead. Holmdel’s Robbie Cantelli answered with his second TD run of the night, but Holmdel’s point-after kick attempt went awry.

Jack Kelly scored a 16-yard touchdown for Shore to open the scoring.

Monsignor Donovan 28, Point Boro 14: Kevin Ortiz ran for an 84-yard touchdown in the third quarter as the host Griffins (3-1) took the lead for good, beating the Panthers in Toms River.

Vincent Grasso passed for a 50-yard touchdown and ran for a 60-yard score, and Grant Klimek kicked a pair of field goals for Donovan, which took control of the Class B South race.

Quarterback Chris Oliphant rushed for touchdowns of 15 and 9 yards for Point Boro (3-2).

Point Beach 54, Asbury Park 20: Kyle Samaritano ran for two touchdowns and returned a kickoff for another score and Danny Tighe ran for two more scores as the Garnet Gulls (5-0) defeated the visiting Blue Bishops (2-2).

Point Beach also got a touchdown from Andre Cochran and quarterback Jake Fioretti connected with Bill Barry for a 51-yard score as it avenged last year’s state playoff loss, a 54-6 win by Asbury Park.

Red Bank Catholic 28, Freehold 0: Larry Redaelli rushed for touchdowns of 36 and 2 yards and James Taylor returned a punt 49 yards for another as the Caseys (5-0) scored three times in an eight-minute span to put away the visiting Colonials (1-3) in Little Silver.

Freehold kept possession of the ball for most of the first quarter before Red Bank Catholic took control.

Middletown South 42, Manasquan 13: Kyle Brey passed for 216 yards and
two touchdowns and ran for another score as the Eagles (3-1) beat the visiting Warriors (1-4).

Tucker Caccavale connected with Chris Miller for a 70-yard touchdown for Manasquan in the second half, and the Warriors followed that with a 1-yard plunge by Joe Murphy, but that was all they could muster.

Jake Ripnick added a pair of touchdowns and Jeremy Concepcion scored on an 18-yard run for Middletown South.

Sayreville 35, Freehold Township 6: The Patriots (0-4) scored on a 40-yard pass in the third quarter, but visiting Sayreville (5-0) had long since taken control en route to the victory.

Old Bridge 27, Middletown North 6: Brandon Piccini caught a 1-yard touchdown pass from Cody Thompson in the second quarter to draw the Lions (0-4) to within a point of the host Knights (3-2), but Old Bridge proved too powerful in the end.
