Texting Can Be Dangerous to Your Spine!

Do you have a “Text Neck”?

 Many people today are walking into our office with neck problems that result from having forward head posture.  A major increase of people with forward head posture is coming from texting on the phone.  So here’s a tip:  if you have to “text” and you do it a lot, then you should still sit up straight and hold the phone up in the air so you do not have to look down too much.  This will help prevent an increase in your forward head posture and neck problems.
