New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie branded state Democratic lawmakers liars on Tuesday -- even calling one Bergen County legislator an "S.O.B." -- in the wake of a partisan state budget battle. Christie vowed to "kick rear ends" to get New Jersey residents a tax cut, appearing at a town hall meeting in Ocean County, the latest stop on his "Jersey Comeback" tour. The governor repeatedly slammed Statehouse Democrats for inaction on his desired 10 percent income tax cuts. Christie lashed out at State Sen.
