Man urinates next to parked van near a bus stop Tuesday morning

Police are looking for a man who urinated next to his parked minivan near a school bus stop around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday in the West Belmar section of town, authorities said. The incident, which occurred near a bus stop at Curtis Avenue and Maplewood Road, was reported by two juveniles and prompted school officials to send home a notice to all Wall Township School District parents, according to the letter. A man, described as a white man with a dark complexion, possibly Hispanic, heavy set, wearing tan pants, a green hat and a brown belt, exposed himself and urinated next to his parked green van.
