Two charged with drug possession in unrelated incidents
Chief Robert L. Brice released the following police blotter for Wall Township: On Saturday at 4:21 p.m. Roberto C. Ruiz, 27, Daniel Narciso-Polanco, 29 and Nelson Toribo, 21 of Paterson were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on 18th Ave near Hwy 35. They were processed and released on a summons. Howell Twp. K-9 assisted with the investigation. Patrolman Gramlich was the arresting officer. On Saturday at 3:54 p.m., Jacob Larson, 22, of West Long Branch was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Hwy 34 near Hurley Pond Road. Police say men threw marijuana out of the window of Lexus before traffic stop
Two men have been arrested in the wake of a probe into drug activity in the Pheasant Drive area of Bayville. Detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office and the Berkeley Township Police Department conducted the investigation on Aug. 22, Ocean County Prosecutor Marlene Lynch Ford said. The officers attempted a motor vehicle stop near Scott Drive during the investigation. The occupants of the 1992 gray Lexus threw a "quantity of marijuana" out of the car windows, Capt. Jack Sramaty said. When authorities eventually stopped the car on Scott Drive, they recovered some of the marijuana, a stun gun and a small amount of cash, Sramaty said. Charges stem from July 27 arrest, according to arrest warrants
A Wall man was arrested and charged with possession of a crack pipe, according to court documents. Paul F. Karol, 21, of Maxwell Drive, on July 27 was arrested by Wall police and charged with having a glass pipe still containing some crack residue that was allegedly used to inhale crack cocaine, according to the arrest warrant. Karol also was charged with third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, the warrant says. Karol made his initial appearance on the charges Monday.

Wall Police make two arrests over long holiday weekend
Two local men were arrested and charged with minor drug offenses in separate incidents over the long holiday weekend, Police said Tuesday. Matthew F. Siderio, 29, of Farmingdale was arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Asbury Road around 10:45 p.m. Monday. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said. Michael J. Brancatella, 22, of Belmar, was also arrested and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 138 around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.

Two arrested in separate incidents Monday and early Tuesday
Two men were arrested Monday and early Tuesday in separate incidents involving drunken driving and drug charges, police said. David P. Rakowski, 32, of Clarksburg, was arrested and charged around 9:15 p.m. Monday with illegally possessing prescription medication and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Herbertsville Road, Sgt. Frank Lancellotti said. Rakowski was taken to Monmouth County Jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $2,000 bail. Jail records show Rakowski was still held Tuesday morning. Erik L. Paz, 31, of Neptune was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Route 35 around 1:00 a.m., Lancellotti said. Possession of marijuana among charges
Two locals were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on Lakewood Road early Thursday morning, police said. Kenneth S. Giguere, 22, of Manasquan, and Samantha Spencer, 19, of Brick, were arrested for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a release from Sgt. Frank Lancellotti. Spencer was also charged with possession of prescription medication, Lancellotti said. The pair were charged and released pending a court date. Patrolman James Cadigan was the arresting officer, Lancellotti said.
