Fugitive Father Found, Charged With Pocketbook Pilfer

Second half of father/son purse-snatching duo arrested Wednesday

Wall Police have arrested the fugitive father involved in a recent purse snatching from a ShopRite parking lot, authorities said Wednesday. Joseph Frystock, 56, around 2 p.m. Wednesay afternoon was found at a local medical center where he had been admitted, Lt. Walter Pomphrey said. Pomphrey did not say which medical center, nor did he say why Frystock was admitted. Frystock was arrested and charged with one count of third degree theft and one count of third degree conspiracy to commit theft. He was released after posting $15,000 bail, Pomphrey said.
