A township woman was arrested and charged with drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident Monday following a hit-and-run collision, police said. Barbara Sutton, 52, of West Belmar, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain a lane and reckless driving following a collision at Route 71 and Second Avenue around noon Monday, Sgt. Heath Bono said.
