Two counts of third degree theft from August incident
A Lake Como man was indicted on two counts of theft for stealing a car and money from a Wall resident, according to the indictment. Justin Dzwonkowski, 24, was indicted Wednesday on two counts of theft stemming from an Aug. 21 incident in Wall. Authorities charge wthat Dzwonkowski stole a car and $1,781 in cash from a Wall resident. Dzwonkowski will face two counts of third degree theft, according to the indictment.

Brick man charged with burglary and theft
A Brick man on Monday was arrested and charged with a summertime burglary in town, police said. Minas Andamasaris, 20, of Sawmill Road was arrested and charged with one count each of burglary and theft for his connection with a May break-in at a home on Belmar Boulevard, Sgt. Erik Ertle said. Andamasaris was linked to the theft of jewelry and about $1,000 in cash that was taken from the home through evidence recovered at the scene and analyzed by the State Police Laboratory, Ertle said. Andamasaris was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $40,000 bail, where jail records show he remained Tuesday.

On two occasions, man stole from local retailer, police say
A Howell man was arrested and charged Sunday with stealing from a local chain retailer, police said. Erik M. Parker, 28, of the Angle Inn trailer park on Route 33, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft and a single count of criminal mischief stemming from two separate incidents at the Route 35 Kmart, according to Lt. Walter Pomphrey. Parker stole about $4,000 in various pieces of jewelry from the store on two occasions, one in December and one in January, Pomphrey said. Bail for Parker was set at $11,000. Detective Dan Mason was the arresting officer, Pomphrey said.

Two counts of theft in indictment handed up Monday
A Bradley Beach man was indicted by a grand jury this week on charges he stole $12,000 from a local fast food chain store, according to court documents. Samuel N. Noriega, 35, was indicted on Monday on theft charges stemming from a June 2012 incident, according to the indictment. Noriega took $12,000 from a Wall Township Wendy’s restaurant between June 28 and June 30, the indictment says. He was indicted on one count of third degree theft and one count of theft by failure to make required disposition, according to the indictment.

Charged with burglary and theft of four DVD/VCR machines
An Asbury Park man has been arrested and charged with burglary and theft after a Halloween break-in at a local school, authorities said. Justin Bingham, 20, was charged with one count each of burglary and theft for his connection to an Oct. 31 break-in at the Rugby School, 1604 Woodfield Rd. Bingham broken in and stole four DVD/VCR players from the alternative school, according to an arrest warrant. Bingham also was charged with a break-in in Eatontown, according to the warrant. He was taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $14,500 bail, according to jail records.

Kristen Russo charged with stealing jewelry from home of employer
A Matawan woman faces theft charges after authorities said she stole jewlelry from the bedroom a Wall Township home where she was employed, according to arrest warrants. Kristen Russo, 53, was arrested and charged with the May 1 theft of jewelry from a New Bedford Road home where she worked as a health care aid, the arrest warrant says. Russo was arrested on Aug. 17 and taken to Monmouth County jail, Freehold Township, in lieu of $7,500 bail, according to the warrant. Russo also was charged with on a Monmouth County Superior Court warrant for theft and a Monmouth County Family County warrant. Bail on the subsequent warrants was $10,000 and $1,703, respectively, bringing her total bail amount to $19,203, according to jail records.

Alleged break-ins in Wall, Neptune and Bradley Beach
Four local men and women were indicted by a Freehold grand jury last week on charges they burglarized several area homes late last year, documents show. Chelsey Cappa, 20, and Jessica Franco, 22, both of Wall, and Damien Davis, 29, of Lake Como, and Kharaan Ferreira, 33, of Ocean Grove, face multiple counts of burglary and theft charges stemming from a string of alleged crimes perpetrated late last year in Wall, Neptune and Bradley Beach, the indictment says. The alleged team of burglars were indicted May 1, according to the indicment signed by county Prosecutor Peter E.
