Indictment: Bradley Beach Man Steals $12G from Wendy's
Two counts of theft in indictment handed up Monday
A Bradley Beach man was indicted by a grand jury this week on charges he stole $12,000 from a local fast food chain store, according to court documents. Samuel N. Noriega, 35, was indicted on Monday on theft charges stemming from a June 2012 incident, according to the indictment. Noriega took $12,000 from a Wall Township Wendy’s restaurant between June 28 and June 30, the indictment says. He was indicted on one count of third degree theft and one count of theft by failure to make required disposition, according to the indictment.

It is a vexing problem, I know. Unfortunately that's above my pay grade. I've informed the proper people about it, and I've been assured they're working on it. The problem apparently isn't exclusive to Wall Patch, however. It appears its a Patchwide thing, which has gotten the attention of the tech people here.
