In the past, the parade that closes down Bridge Avenue for a couple of hours had started at 1 p.m. However, this year the parade starts at noon, to be followed by the Halloween "finish line party" at 1 p.m. So, everyone should keep in mind that Bridge will be closed down around 11 a.m. and stay that way for at least a couple of hours. Detours should be taken. The party is scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m. at Community Park, Bridge Avenue and Beaver Dam Road.
