ReplySpooner, the fact is that family's coming to the shore for the day would rather go to a beach without all the extras that PPB has to offer, meaning they do not want to spend the extra money for the rides, games, etc. They want to take the kids to the beach and that's it... The Beach...........

The parking plan works for the residents as well as the bar crowd. You forget to mention they can park for free in the muni lot. -
