  Barbara, in the winter welfare places a lot of cases in Seaside Heights not sure how many last winter due to storm but the town is overrun with these families

  compare crime stats per 1,000 now vs in 1960, 65, 70 etc you will see I am right You have NO RIGHT to call me dumb. I have seen the town grow from 5,0000 to almost 100,000 now btw how long have you lived in the area ? my bet it has not been your whole life

  First, I went to Intermediate East from 1965 to 1969 5th grade through 8th grade. G wing was built to handle over crowding in TR back then. In 1964-65 schools were on split session fall of 65 Walnut St opened, in 66 Hooper Ave Elem opened, 69 HS North opened In regards to the old intermediate school there are at least 19 ways to get into the school. There is a large wooded area behind the school that also is behind Hooper Elem Anyone want to say we should not have armed security in schools? As you can see gun control would not have stopped this crime. I have seen this town grow so fast over the years since I was born & raised in TR. In fact Community Medical center was not even on the drawing boards when I was born, remember RT 37 as a 2 lane highway, one bridge to Seaside and remember when only 1 HS in town. With all the people moving in from North Jersey & NY they are bringing their crime with them.
