Indictment: The Charges Against James Habel

14-counts against the former schools administrator and their maximum sentences

Former Wall Township Schools Superintendent James F. Habel is facing a 14-count indictment in addition to all the charges in the previous indictment charging Sandra Brower, his former assisant superintendent.

In the first indictment, the pair face maximum sentences of 16 ½ years in prison, if convicted on all counts.
